Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- White wine
- Salt

For the filling:
- Pecorino cheese
- Eggs
- Pepper

Preparation

Mix the ingredients for the dough and let rest. In the meantime, prepare the filling with cheese, eggs, and pepper. Roll out the dough, cut into circles, place a spoonful of filling, fold and seal. Bake at 180°C until golden.
