Wine Biscuits (Biscotti al Vino)

Crunchy, rustic biscuits flavored with red or white wine, often enjoyed at the end of a meal.

Ingredients

- 500 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml wine (red or white)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Anise seeds (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients into a firm dough. Shape into rings or small sticks, place on a baking tray, and bake at 180°C until golden. Let cool completely before serving.
