Fig Sausage (Lonzetta di Fico)

	A traditional sweet made of dried figs, nuts, and spices, shaped like a salami and sliced to serve.
Ingredients	- Dried figs - Walnuts - Almonds - Anise seeds - Cocoa powder - Mistrà (anise liqueur) - Lemon zest
Preparation	Chop figs and nuts finely. Mix with the other ingredients until compact. Shape into a log and wrap in fig leaves or parchment. Let rest to firm up before slicing.
