Ingredients	- Breadcrumbs - Grated Parmesan - Eggs - Nutmeg - Lemon zest (optional) - Broth
Preparation	Mix ingredients into a dough. Press into boiling broth through a passatelli press. Cook until they float. Serve immediately in broth.
