Ingredients	- Lamb cutlets - Eggs - Breadcrumbs - Red wine - Olive oil - Salt and pepper
Preparation	Bread the cutlets and fry until golden. Deglaze the pan with red wine and reduce. Return the cutlets to the pan and coat with the wine glaze.
