A traditional pizza made with fava beans, especially common in spring when fresh fava beans are available.

Ingredients

- 300 g flour
- 200 g cooked and peeled fava beans
- 50 g pecorino cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

Preparation

Mash the cooked fava beans and mix them with flour, eggs, cheese, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and drizzle with oil. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
