Cheese Pizza (Easter Pizza)

A savory and leavened cheese bread traditionally eaten during Easter, especially for breakfast alongside cured meats and boiled eggs.

Ingredients

- 500 g flour
- 100 g grated pecorino
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml olive oil
- 25 g brewer's yeast
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix the flour with eggs, oil, cheeses, yeast, salt, and pepper. Let the dough rise in a greased pan for 2–3 hours. Bake at 180°C for 40–50 minutes.
