Ingredients

- Whole deboned chicken
- Ground meat (veal, pork)
- Mortadella
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Pistachios
- Carrots
- Gelatin
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix the filling with ground meat, diced mortadella, pistachios, carrots, and seasoning. Spread inside the chicken, add hard-boiled eggs in the center, roll, and sew closed. Wrap in a cloth and cook in broth for 2–3 hours. Cool completely before slicing.
