Grape Must Biscuits (Biscotti al Mosto)

	Sweet rustic biscuits flavored with grape must, traditionally made during the grape harvest season.
Ingredients	- Flour - Grape must - Sugar - Olive oil - Baking powder - Anise seeds (optional)
Preparation	Mix all ingredients into a soft dough. Shape into small biscuits and place on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C until golden. Let cool and store in a tin box.
