Ingredients

- Flour
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Anise seeds
- Baking powder
- Lemon zest

Preparation

Knead a dough with all ingredients. Shape into rings and briefly boil in water. Drain, dry, and bake at 180°C until golden. Optionally, glaze with sugar or lemon icing.
