Taccù

A traditional rustic flatbread made with simple ingredients and cooked on a griddle.

- Wheat flour
- Water
- Salt
- Olive oil

Mix ingredients into a dough, let it rest, then roll out and cook on a hot griddle until golden on both sides. Serve plain or with cheese and cured meats.
