	A rustic pasta dish with a name typical of the countryside dialect. Made with homemade tagliatelle and meat sauce.
Ingredients	- Homemade tagliatelle - Ground meat - Onion - Tomato sauce - Olive oil - Salt and pepper
Preparation	Sauté the chopped onion, add the meat, and brown. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Boil the tagliatelle and mix with the sauce. Serve hot with grated cheese if desired.
